Oggi molte regioni tornano arancioni, i ristoranti chiudono di nuovo. Ieri ho avuto l’onore e la gioia di condividere l’ultimo servizio prima della chiusura con l’ineccepibile staff di Enrico Bartolini al suo tre stelle Michelin al MUDEC - Museo delle Culture di Milano.
🇮🇹 Ieri con @matteofranco.it di @cantinasocial e @francypagno ho tenuto una room su #Clubhouse dal tema vino e design, dall’architettura della cantina, alla forma delle bottiglie, dalle etichette alla realtà aumentata. Replicheremo sicuramente la diretta (peccato che su Clubhouse non si può registrare), comunque una delle cantine che abbiamo citato è quel capolavoro architettonico firmato da Arnaldo Pomodoro e voluto dalla famiglia Lunelli: il Carapace di Tenuta Castelbuono a Bevagna, #Umbria.

The Pala family is one of the pioneers of the #Bovale sardo varietal that was about to become extinct in the central western coast of #Sardinia where it was traditionally planted in white sands very close to the beach on old, ungrafted pre-phylloxera vines.  The family’s 70-year-old vines in the Uras and San Nicolo d'Arcidano vineyards are planted in white sands 20 feet deep on a base of volcanic soil. These sandy soils amplify the wines elegance and refined tannins. It’s a powerful, intense and complex wine, perfect pairing with roasted lamb or the typical sheep stew.
